XtendM3 in LoupeCode

Beyond H5 apps and scripts, we can of course generate XtendM3 extensions. One cool thing is that you can work with a set of extensions even before deploying them, giving you a chance to get further without a bunch of back and forths deploying to M3.

For example, we can prompt a table along the lines of "A table for storing temporary customer orders before moving them into normal batch orders" and we get a table with a pretty reasonable set of defaults. Adding, changing or removing columns is a breeze in LoupeCode and can be done either through prompting or directly in the interface.

After that, we can prompt a transaction. "A transaction that updates or adds records in the table EXT300", before we even have EXT300 deployed anywhere!

The prompt will look in the local workspace and make references to the table using correct names and data types. If you add or change a column, you can easily update the transaction to reflect that.
